Theme & Concept Proposal 

Based on our discussion, we’ll create an initial plan with a moodboard to show the overall style and direction.

Deposit Payment 

Once you decide to work with us, we ask for a 30% deposit to secure the date and our services.

Detailed Planning

After finalizing the plan, we will start preparing for the event based on your needs.

Onsite Execution

On the day of the event, we’ll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly.
